Feedo Needo is a body of UK CURRICULAM AND ACCREDENTIAL BODY charity organisation, our charity is a community development non- profit organisation which offers food and provisions to the most vulnerable members of our community. UKCAB is looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all Feedo Needo projects in the advertised location, Feedo Needo.

Reports to: Project Manager Feedo Needo

 

Job purpose:

 

Will be expected to work closely with the Senior Project Executive and report to them, by keeping track of the project's progression. On a day-to-day basis, Project Coordinator responsibilities will include working closely with the Project Manager to maintain project documentation, assign tasks, control schedules, and to ensure all tasks are completed on time to a high standard in order to help with the expansion of our regional food bank branches.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

· Assisting and supporting the Project Manager.

 

· Ensuring deadlines are met on time to a high standard.

 

· Making collections for the Feedo Needo food bank from our trusted suppliers.

 

· Organizing and attending meetings with various community organizations.

 

· Providing administrative support.

 

· Assisting with the purchase of essential items.

 

· Supervising food bank volunteers.

 

· Looking for ways to promote the project's social awareness and potential partnerships.

 

· Helping to create PR material for our website and social media pages.

 

Education:

 

High school diploma or equivalent education required

 

Experience & Position:

 

· UK driving license (essential).

 

. Must own a car for travelling purposes (essential)

 

· Food & Hygiene safety certificate

 

· Experience as a project coordinator or similar role.

 

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

 

· Strong communication skills.

 

· Competent in graphic/web design and familiarity with online media platforms.

 

· Capable to run independently and take over responsibilities when Senior Project Executive is not present.

 

· Manage to run Arabica Cafe for the homeless.

 

· Managing food collections from our trusted suppliers and deliver food parcels when necessary.
